Post Select a Name for the New Club!
For those that didn't see posts or the emails regarding "Reorganization", this club is being merged, modified, and revamped completely. And it's about time. I've seen ghost towns more lively than this club (that's an exaggeration... I've only seen one ghost town. But it was more lively than this club).

The new club will consist of multiple chapters across Missouri and any neighboring state that chooses to partake. It will be open to all Swedish automobiles (and their owners). Including Koenigseggs. As soon as we find one.

We feel the name needs to imply two things: 1) region (Missouri and its neighbors), and 2) type of car (Swedish).

Please use this thread as a brainstorming session. Here are the current thoughts:

Midwestern/Central Swedish Auto/Car Club
Swedish Auto Car Club
Swedish Autos
Swedish Car Club [of the] Midwest
Svensk Bil Klubb i Mellanvästern
Central Swedish Auto Club

All submissions must be made by Wednesday at 5pm.

also agree that things have really died out..very sad to see, not sure if it's just because the following for the new ones are thinning out because lack of aftermarket/dealers/parts....but even the vintage (pre-1994) seems to be getting harder to locate ,rare to see one on the road (i'll have the 99 out on thurs if no rain..and the 900 flatnose will be used as much as possible once the head gasket is done)

I actually mistyped that... Midwest Swedish Car Club is another name, but the original thought was Swedish Car Club [of the] Midwest. That would leave us with www.sccmidwest.org

Nothing wrong with it and you're absolutely welcome to add your own. I just happened to notice my mistake when you guys suggested it the other way around.
